Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “user”, or “licensee”) and the operator of Sentra (“we”, “our”, or “Sentra”), provider of the Sentra Anti-Cheat System (“Product” or “Service”).

By accessing or using the website, purchasing, or using the software and services provided by us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not access or use our Service.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

• Service: The Sentra anti-cheat system, API services, and all associated services.
• User: Any individual or entity using the Service.
• License: The right of use granted for the Product.
• Server: A FiveM game server on which the Product is installed.
• API Service: Programmatic access to Sentra data and features via our API endpoints.
• Subscription: A recurring payment plan granting access to specific features or API limits.

By purchasing and using our anti-cheat system, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the Product on your game server(s) under the conditions outlined in these Terms.

You may not:

• Modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble the Product in any manner.
• Redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Product without prior written consent from Sentra.
• Use the Product to create a competing anti-cheat service or software.
• Share, transfer, or distribute any materials provided as part of the Service without authorization.
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party terms of service while using the Product.

To use our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you have provided false or misleading information.

All payments must be made via the payment methods available on our site. Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and include all applicable taxes where required.

5.1 One-time Purchases (Licenses)

Payment must be made in full before you can access or use the Product.

5.2 Subscriptions (API Plans)

API Services are available via monthly subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

By purchasing the Product or subscribing, you acknowledge that payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the Product, refunds are not provided once access has been granted, except in cases of material non-conformity or a proven technical impossibility on our part.

Chargebacks or disputes filed without first contacting our support team may result in immediate suspension of your account and license.

Each license is valid for a single server. If you wish to use the Product on multiple servers, you must purchase additional licenses for each server. Attempting to extend a license to unauthorized servers may result in termination of your license without refund.

You agree not to:

• Use the Product or API in a manner that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any protections, rate limits, or restrictions placed on the Product or API.
• Modify or tamper with the Product's code or any associated resources.
• Engage in fraudulent activity, including chargebacks or abuse of the billing system.
• Harass, threaten, or engage in inappropriate conduct with Sentra staff or community members.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense API data without prior written consent.

Your use of the API is subject to the request limits defined in your selected subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary throttling or suspension of API access. We reserve the right to block API access if your usage negatively impacts our system's stability.

Failure to comply with these restrictions may result in suspension or termination of your license and API access.

Bans issued by our anti-cheat system are permanent and cannot be lifted. This applies to bans for cheat detection and other system violations.

If you believe a ban was issued in error, you may contact our support team for review. We do not reverse bans related to confirmed cheat detection under any circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sentra and its affiliates will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Product or Service, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not liable for any interruptions, downtime, or technical issues that may arise. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product or Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We collect certain personal data to operate and provide the Service, in compliance with applicable United States privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) where applicable.

The data collected includes server information, game identifiers, and user interactions. You consent to our collection and use of this data as described in our Privacy Policy.

While Sentra implements reasonable security measures to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

12.1 Third-Party Infrastructure

Our Service relies on third-party infrastructure, frameworks, libraries, and service providers (including hosting providers, authentication services, payment processors, and open-source software). Sentra is not responsible for any data breaches, security incidents, or vulnerabilities arising from these third-party components or services.

12.2 Assumption of Risk

By using our Service, you acknowledge the inherent risks of transmitting data over the Internet and agree that Sentra bears no responsibility for any interception, breach, or unauthorized access to your data caused by factors outside our direct control. You use the Service at your own risk.

All intellectual property rights related to the Product — including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents — are owned by the operator of Sentra. By using our Service, you do not acquire any rights or ownership over the Product or associated intellectual property.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Product and Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. If your license is terminated due to a violation of these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Product and destroy any copies in your possession.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page and take effect immediately. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in English. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sentra regarding use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements relating to this subject matter.
